If we can’t resolve your fault over the phone free of charge (we resolve 20% of faults over the phone), we will provide a no obligation callout quote. We are normally able to arrange an Engineer to visit within 5 days of receiving a PO, depending on Engineer availability, urgency of issue and part availability.
